Who we are

OTVera is operated by What Box Labs, LLC, a New Mexico company. Contact: hello@otvera.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email and anything you choose to add (name, company, role, a note).
• Accounts: your name, email, a hashed password, and your authenticator setup.
• Workspace data your team adds: equipment lists, supplier records and documents, specs, assessments and incident plans.
• Security logs: sign-in attempts and an activity log of changes in your workspace.

How we use it

Only to run OTVera for you: showing your data to the people you invite, sending the emails you ask for (alerts, invites and supplier requests), and keeping the service secure. We don't sell data, show ads or use tracking code.

AI features

AI is off unless an OTVera administrator turns it on. When it's on, only product names and model text (for matching) and requirement wording and supplier answers (for follow-up questions) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. IP addresses, serial numbers, notes, documents and personal details are never sent.

Where it's stored

In the United States with our hosting provider, Render. Uploaded documents, authenticator secrets, IP addresses, serial numbers and notes are encrypted in the database. Backups are taken daily.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Waitlist entries are deleted on request.
